1. I want a receipt.

If you paid the course fee at a convenience store or with a credit card, the receipt you received at the store or the usage statement issued by your card company will serve as a receipt.

If you lose it, we cannot reissue it, so please keep it safe.

Also, we issue a "course completion certificate" that includes the course name and receipt amount.

You can download the "course completion certificate" by following these steps:

  1. Sign in to My Page and click "Payment History" at the top of the screen.

  2. Click the "Details" link under "Payment Process" to display the payment information.

  3. Click "Download" to download the PDF data of the "Course Completion Certificate."

※Please contact your organization's representative to confirm if the "Course Completion Certificate" is accepted as a substitute for a receipt.

※The "Payment History" cannot be viewed from the mobile app. Please access it through a browser.

2. I don't know the number I need to pay at the convenience store.

You can obtain and confirm the number you need to pay and the payment procedure at the convenience store by clicking the "Proceed to Payment" button on My Page.
